Coat of Arms Exhibition Opening and Look Ya! Christmas
Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in helping Celebrate Cayman and Cayman Islands National Museum celebrate the opening of the Coat of Arms at the Museum on the Waterfront. The Celebration happens on Saturday 15 December 2018, starting at 10:00am and ending at 2:00pm on Goring Avenue.

You must complete all the required information below and return the form either by email to celebratecayman@gov.ky, or by dropoff to Celebrate Cayman at the Government Administration Building by Wednesday 12 December 2018. For more information, call us at +1 345 244 5753.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Celebrate Cayman Coat of Arms Exhibition Opening and Look Ya! Christmas will be held on Saturday 15 December 2018 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

  2. The deadline to register for the Celebrate Cayman Coat of Arms Exhibition Opening and Looky Ya! Christmas is 4:00pm on Wednesday 12 December 2018.

  3. Celebrate Cayman will send a confirmation notice to email address you have listed on the form. If you do not have an email address, we can also print your confirmation letter for you to pick up from our offices, upon request.

  4. Incomplete applications will not guarantee participation.

  5. Vendors will be provided with a 10ft x 10ft covered space, two 6ft table, two chairs, and access to electricity (two outlets, 120 volts). You cannot utilise any space outside your assigned area.

  6. Vendor spaces will be assigned in random order. Vendors will be provided with a site map and their location on the day of the event and are welcome to come and see the location during set-up, the morning of the event.

  7. A certified electrician will conduct random inspections of the electrical outlets to ensure proper vendor use during the event. Access to additional electricity (i.e. more than two outlets or more than 120 voltage) must be requested at time of application.

  8. Food vendors must submit a copy of their valid Food Handlers' Certificate issued by the Department of Environmental Health.

  9. Set up and breakdown are the responsibility of the vendor.

  10. Please arrive on time to set up. Set up is between 7:00am and 9:00am. Spaces must be ready by 9:00am for inspection. At this point, if you have not set up your area, or breached the terms and conditions, your space will be released to neighbouring artists/vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. The event opens to the public at 10:00am and closes at 2:00pm. All vendors must stay until 2:00pm.

  11. Each vendor space will be inspected before the event begins and periodically throughout the duration of the event. Violations to any of the Terms and Conditions, at the discretion of Celebrate Cayman, will result in one warning. In the event of a second violation, no further sales will be permitted and the space will be made available to the neighbouring vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. No refund or compensation will be available to the vendor.

  12. No outside beverages are permitted for sale. Celebrate Cayman is the exclusive beverage seller at the event - this includes water, juice, soda, and alcoholic beverages.

  13. Vehicles will only be permitted on the event grounds from 7:00am until 9:00am. There can be no exceptions.

  14. Vendor vehicles are not permitted to enter or exit through the event barriers.

  15. Breakdown of your vendor stall will not be permitted until 2:00pm and vehicles will not be allowed into the event site until 2:00pm.

  16. Vendors are responsible for securing their equipment/personal effects in the event of inclement weather.

  17. Vendors must provide their own insurance.

  18. Vendors should notify Celebrate Cayman of cancellations or changes in participation status no later than 10:00am on Friday 14 December.

  19. You are asked to leave your area in the condition it was in when you arrived. Please remove all trash.

  20. If selling, you agree to take full responsibility for all sales and monies made.

  21. You are responsible for the security and safekeeping of your own belongings and monies and agree that Celebrate Cayman is in no way liable for loss or damage to them.

  22. You release and hold harmless Celebrate Cayman and its workers or volunteers, from any injury or loss that you, or any member(s) of your team, may sustain.
